When you submit the Start a Structured Discussion form, we collect: your name, company name, role, email address, preferred contact method, and the project context you provide. We do not collect any other personal information automatically.
Information you provide is used solely to assess whether a structured governance discussion is appropriate for your situation. We do not use it for marketing, we do not pass it to sales teams, and we do not share it with third parties. If governance does not appear relevant to your situation, we will tell you directly.
We retain your submission information for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, it is deleted from our records unless you have entered into a programme engagement with us.
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at intake@hongyijig.com.
