When you submit the Start a Structured Discussion form, we collect: your name, company name, role, email address, preferred contact method, and the project context you provide. We do not collect any other personal information automatically.
Information you provide is used solely to assess whether a structured governance discussion is appropriate for your situation. We do not use it for marketing, we do not pass it to sales teams, and we do not share it with third parties. If governance does not appear relevant to your situation, we will tell you directly.
We retain your submission information for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, it is deleted from our records unless you have entered into a programme engagement with us.
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at intake@hongyijig.com.
Hongyi JIG Rapid Technologies may use WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers, prospective customers who have requested or consented to WhatsApp contact, and existing customers regarding their enquiries, services, programmes, account support, and relevant business updates.
For WhatsApp communications, we may process your name, company name, role, business phone number, consent or opt-out status, message content, message-delivery status, enquiry or customer classification, and the dates and times of communications.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide customer service, manage existing customer relationships, and send relevant business or marketing communications where we have a valid legal basis, including consent where required. We do not purchase contact lists for WhatsApp messaging and do not send marketing messages to people who have opted out.
WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business services and may be recorded in our Odoo customer relationship management system. Approved service providers may process data only to operate these communications and related business systems. We do not sell personal information.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or a similar clear request. We will record the request and suppress further marketing messages. We may still send essential service or transactional communications where permitted by law.
We retain WhatsApp communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual and customer-service needs, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect this information.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting intake@hongyijig.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. This section supplements the rest of the Hongyi JIG Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the provision that gives the individual greater privacy protection will apply.
This website uses essential cookies for basic site functionality, and it also uses analytics and advertising technologies. We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage tags, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms.
